The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it only to reply to you and to do the work you ask us to do, and we never sell it or share it for marketing.

What we collect and why
If you fill in our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, dealership or group, role, and your message. We use these to reply to your enquiry and for no other purpose. Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, which processes the data solely to pass it on to us.
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Calendly and is subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter when booking, which we use to hold the call and follow up.
If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation between us.
Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark mode preference is handled on your device. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep things
Enquiries and correspondence are kept for as long as we are talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you would like your details deleted, email [email protected] and we will do it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] for any of these. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
