What is AEO, GEO and how are they different from SEO?

SEO gets your dealership found in traditional search results. AEO, answer engine optimisation, structures your content so AI tools can read it and cite it when someone asks a question your dealership should be answering. GEO, generative engine optimisation, makes sure your group appears in the AI-generated answers now at the top of Google and inside tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other LLMs. Buyers are using these to research and shortlist before they ever visit a website.
